QMC Lahore Admission 2012 open. Program will be interested only on the particular entrance forms/colures for different groups as described in the higher education prospectus.
- Please publish a individual application for each classification as the entrance forms cannot be inter-change.
- O Level applicants are qualified to implement. They are needed to publish an Equivalence Document from the Inter Panel Panel of Chair (IBCC) at the time of appointment.
- Admittance to Night Move Sessions will be in F.A./I.Com/F.Sc. (Pre-Medical, Pre-Engineering) Gen. Technology and ICS.
- Separate applications will be published for admittance to the Evening Move Classes.
The following documents should be attached with the admission 2012.
- Application form a Board other than Lahore Board will have to submit NOC (in original) at the time of admission.
- Two attested photocopies of the Matric certificates.
- One photocopy of the Father’s / Guardian’s CNIC.
- A copy of the character certificate from the Head of Institution last attended.
- Three 1.5 x 1.5 photographs of the applicant (blue background).
Note: tests will be held according to the following schedule - Timings 10:00 am to 12:00 pm.
